However, we want every client to love their finished piece and feel completely confident in its quality.
Adjustments
If you have concerns about the placement, pattern, or finish of your rhinestoning, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item. We’ll review your feedback and may offer:

Please note: Major redesigns or requests for complete restoning may incur additional charges, as each project is created by hand and customized to your original order.
2-Year Stone Replacement Warranty
Your sparkle is made to last. Haus of Fairchild Creations offers a two-year warranty from the date of delivery covering any natural stone loss due to standard wear and tear.

Lost or loosened stones will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period.

Shipping costs to and from our studio are the responsibility of the client.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, alterations by third parties, or excessive wear.
